Our story
About Shiv Elevators
Installation, maintenance and modernisation of all kinds of lifts — from Borivali to the rest of Mumbai.
Who we are
Shiv Elevators is a Mumbai lift company based in Borivali (East). We install new lifts, maintain existing ones under annual maintenance contracts, repair breakdowns and modernise ageing installations for housing societies, commercial buildings, hospitals and private homes.
Our work is simple to describe and demanding to do well: keep every lift we look after safe, smooth and running — and keep the people responsible for it informed.
How we work
We begin every job by understanding the building and the people who use it. A society with elderly residents, a busy office tower and a hospital each need something different from their lifts, and our recommendations reflect that.
Quotations are itemised and explained. Work is carried out by our own trained technicians, and every service visit is recorded so committees and facility managers always know the condition of their lifts.
What we stand for
- Safety without compromise — we will never sign off a lift we would not ride ourselves.
- Honest advice — if a repair will do, we will not push a replacement.
- Responsiveness — a stopped lift is urgent, and we treat it that way.
- Workmanship — neat wiring, correct parts and proper testing, every time.
