Most passenger lifts should receive preventive maintenance every month, with more frequent checks for heavily used or older lifts. Under an AMC we schedule these visits for you and keep a record of every one.
What is the difference between a comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMC?
A comprehensive AMC covers scheduled maintenance and most replacement parts within the contract price. A non-comprehensive AMC covers scheduled maintenance and labour, while parts are quoted and charged separately when needed.
Do you service lifts installed by other companies?
Yes. We maintain, repair and modernise lifts of all makes and models, including lifts originally installed by other companies.
How long does a new lift installation take?
It depends on the lift type, the building and whether the shaft is ready. After a site survey we share a realistic timeline along with the quotation, so you know what to expect from day one.
How do I know if my lift needs modernisation?
Frequent breakdowns, jerky starts and stops, poor floor levelling, noisy operation, outdated manual doors and difficulty sourcing spare parts are all signs. We can inspect your lift and tell you honestly whether repair or modernisation makes more sense.
